Some Additional Photos
These pictures come from Colette (Holt) Herd. Maybe someone might recognize the name of Holt and be able to provide Colette with more information. Her father was Eddie E. Holt, of the 42nd Rainbow Division, 232nd Infantry, Company G. If anyone knows something about Co G. she would be grateful if he remembers anything that can help her learn more about her father. Since these pictures also were part of my father's collection too, we have ascertained that these pictures perhaps are from my father to Eddie, so at some point it seems these two men must have met, and more than likely it was just after the war was over. We are also guessing that the photos with the white writing in the corner are reprints from another photographer.
